Artist Statement
My friend Bryce Lillmars in Los Angeles wrote the poem based on our friendship, and I designed & carved the image in response to his poem. We were housemate in Oaxaca, Mexico—thus the Spanish title translated as “Between Oranges.” The edition of 100 was typeset and letterpress printed at Springtide Press in Tacoma, WA on 100% cotton paper.
