As each participant arrives at the conference they are given a Welcome Bag containing conference information along with gifts of product samples or information on services from vendors and fellow artists.
These items have included paper samples; calligraphy pens nibs and ink; bookmaking tools and supplies; book and project kits with construction materials and instructions; rubber stamps; ink pads; adhesives; business cards; catalogs; and discount coupons.
The Welcome Bag is an eagerly anticipated and beloved part of FOBA.Contributing to the welcome bag provides you with a wonderful opportunity to introduce your business, product, or service to a targeted audience of book artists, fine artists, calligraphers, and crafters. It is also a thoughtful way to connect with fellow conference attendees with examples of your artistry and craftsmanship.
We expect approximately 225 to 250 attendees. We request at least 225 items for your participation as a donor to the Welcome Bag. As a contributor, your business name and contact information will be listed We hope you will consider participating in the Welcome Bag and thank you in advance for your donation.
