In the first months of the pandemic, I found myself thinking back on moments and places from my life — travel via my imagination. The maps of those places, along with brief written sketches of the associated memory, are collected in this book. These include areas of Princeton, NJ, East Barnard and Norwich, VT, Croatia, Northampton, MA, and Munich, Germany.

The maps and text are stenciled with acrylic ink using both hand- and machine-cut stencils on Canson paper. The text is Avenir. The hardcover pamphlet-style binding is covered in variegated green bookcloth with an inset stenciled label and housed in a paper slipcase. The binding structure is based on The Standard Road Book, a New England road atlas from 1904.
